Overview
What is a Dashboard? A Dashboard is a visual interface that displays summary information about the performance of something, in this case, a summary of your business. The purpose of a dashboard is to allow users to quickly and easily understand the key performance metrics of the application.
Hivelux Dashboards includes widgets that displays the overview data of your business. In fact, we have two types of Dashboards, Administrators/Owners and Employees Dashboards. Both Dashboards can be customised by adding or removing Widgets.
Admin Widgets
As the Administrator, you will have the ability to customise the Dashboard for both, the Admin and Employees. Here are the widgets available for the Admin, this will display the overview data of your business.
Total Clients, Total Employees, Total Projects, Due Invoices, Hours Logged, Pending Tasks, Today’s Attendance, Unresolved Support Tickets, Recent Payments, Leaves Calendar, Total Opened Tickets, Overdue Tasks, Pending Follow-up, Projects Activity Timeline, User Activity Timeline, Time logs.
Employee Widgets
Employees will have access to the widgets allowed by the Admin. Here are the widgets available to the employee. This will display the overview data available to the individual.
User Profile, Shift Schedule, Birthdays, Notices, Tasks, Projects, My Task, My Calendar, Week Overview, Time logs, On Leave, Today’s Leads, Working From Home Today, Appreciations, Work Anniversary, Support Tickets, Notice Period Duration, Probation Date, Contract Date, Internship Date.
